Delivery & Installation Policy

How It Works

We don't ship our lights to you in a box. We deliver and install them at your home, included in the price. Here's how it works:

1. You place your order online.
2. We call you within 1–2 business days to book an installation time that suits you.
3. We come to your home and install your solar driveway lights on the agreed date.

Service Area

We service Brisbane Northside only. Orders from addresses outside our service area will be cancelled and refunded.

Installation Timeframe

Most installations are completed within 3–5 business days of your order, depending on availability. We'll always confirm a date and time with you before arriving.

What We Need From You

• A valid phone number (required at checkout) so we can call to arrange installation.
• Access to your driveway at the agreed time.
• A clean, dry driveway surface for best adhesive bonding.

Missed Installations

If you're not available at the agreed time and haven't given us at least 24 hours' notice, we'll reschedule once at no charge. A second missed appointment may result in a cancellation fee of $30.

No Pickup Option

We do not offer a self-install or pickup option. All orders include professional installation.
