We want you to be completely happy with your solar driveway lights. If for any reason you're not satisfied within 30 days of installation, we'll come back to your home, remove the lights, and refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Simply contact us by phone on 0451 748 519 or email within 30 days of your installation date. We'll arrange a time to come and remove the lights at no cost to you. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of removal.

What's Not Covered

Our 30-day guarantee does not cover damage caused by the customer, third parties, extreme weather events (storms, flooding, hail), or tampering with the lights after installation. Lights must be in their original installed position to qualify for a refund.

Installation Disclaimer

Our solar driveway lights are installed using industrial-grade adhesive on existing driveways. We do not drill, cut, or modify your driveway surface. While our adhesive is designed to hold securely, Drivewaylights.com.au is not liable for any pre-existing damage, cracks, or surface conditions on your driveway. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the property owner or have permission from the property owner for installation.

Limitation of Liability

Drivewaylights.com.au provides solar-powered decorative driveway lighting only. Our lights are not safety devices and should not be relied upon as primary lighting for driveways or walkways. We are not liable for any injury, accident, or property damage arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

We service Brisbane Northside only. Orders placed from addresses outside our service area will be refunded and cancelled.
